Loosely based on the Columbine High School shooting, this movie came from a survivor of that unfortunate day. Andrew Robinson writer/director presents to us the other non graphic side of the story than the movie, Elephant which followed the shooters. This followed the ones who escaped the shooting.
Told in a solemn and quite way, we follow Sean as he and fellow survivors attempt to make sense of the horrors they've just witnessed and, for Sean, coping with the loss of his friend April.
My movie review: Overall, the movie is very powerful. It makes you aware and sad. The saddest thing is, this is happening in real life. Humanity at its worst. But we gotta ask ourselves, after going through something like this, how will you build yourself back up?
